The safety and wellbeing of our clients is the utmost importance at Home Helpers Care. Our Safeguarding policy sets out the protocol of actions, responsibilities and legal duties we have to follow in relation to each of our client's welfare and safety.
Our recruitment policy ensures that our carers are Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked, together with us conducing reference checks before they can start working with us.
All our carers are fully trained to have an understanding of safeguarding.
