  1. Contact Home Helps Care: Call for a friendly chat, email or complete our Enquiry Form for more information regarding Our Services.

  2. Consider: Take some time to consider whether Live-in Care is right for you and your family. Try our 2-Week Live-in Trial and make an informed decision without any long-term commitment.

  3. Individual Care Assessment: Book a Free Care Assessment at your home with one of our Live-in Care Managers. This allows us to work with you and your family to create your personal Care Plan.

  4. Cost of Care Confirmed: The level and cost of care is established.

  5. Care Plan: This personalised Care Plan is based on the Care Assessment and individually created to suit you. This forms the basis of your needs, wishes and of the daily duties that our Live-in Care Assistant will carry out.

  6. Start Date Confirmed: Together working with you we agree and decide on the earliest suitable start date. The Care Contract is signed.

  7. Care Assistant Selection: We begin the process of selecting and matching the right Live-in Care Assistant for you and your family to review for an introductory meeting.

  8. Monitoring and Review: We will carefully monitor your care, which will be regularly reviewed, including visits to your home to ensure it continues to meet your needs.

Cost of Live-in Care

The cost of the Live-in Care arrangements will depend on the level of need and the duration of care. If more than one person needs care, we would recommend Couples Care and taking this into account, tailor our service.

Our experienced Team can offer advice and support in understanding all care costs and funding options available. We can also provide an outline of charges involved and are only too happy to help and discuss the care costs in relation to the level of care required.
