Hours:  Bank Support Workers
Pay Rates: Starting from £7.70 per hour to £14.25 per hour depending on experience

Job Description:
To help support and maintain a service user’s active role in their local community. To promote independence and help the service user deal with their day-to-day lives.  You need to be available at short notice to cover sickness and holidays and have the ability to support the service users at the last minute requests.

What we need you to do...

  • Have an active role in providing friendly service for Home Helpers Care.
  • Have experience of working with the End of Life patients.
  • Work closely with the family, friends and doctors who are all involved with the service users.
  • Be reliable and provide consistency to the vulnerable adults we care for.
  • Be flexible as we work to please our service user’s demands.
  • Fulfil other duties as and when required using initiative.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good planning skills and you will be required to work to a tight schedule.

  • Work experience within the industry.
  • NVQ or Diploma in Health & Social care.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
